Rules for Posting

This Forum is for the exclusive use of customer/clients who have used the services of a Certified Agency listed at CMA, and who wish to provide feedback. Feedback may be in the form of criticism, complaint, compliment, or concern.

If you choose to post here, you MUST supply sufficient information to identify yourself as a customer or client of the Agency. Any posted message which fails to provide sufficient information so that it can be proved conclusively the poster is/was a customer/client will be summarily deleted from the board. Only first-hand accounts/experiences are accepted. No exceptions.

Any message posted here must contain sufficient information to identify the specific section of the ACoE which is claimed to be violated (assuming a complaint or criticism).

Specific complaints/criticisms will be addressed to the Agency, and a report will be posted by CMA within a reasonable period of time. Concerns and/or compliments may, or may not, receive follow-up.
